About Green Light Mgmt. Group

Built on Experience. Focused on Performance.

Green Light Mgmt. Group was founded in 2020 to provide practical, experience-driven design, installation, and environmental solutions for agricultural and cultivation facilities. The company was built from hands-on involvement in cultivation operations, hydroponics, and controlled environment systems—not theory alone.

The team’s background includes direct experience working within cultivation environments, later expanding into horticultural supply, system implementation, and sales across multiple markets, including the Midwest. This progression shaped a clear understanding of how facilities operate in real-world conditions and what it takes to maintain consistent performance over time.

Designed for Real-World Operation

Green Light Mgmt. Group was created to bridge the gap between design and day-to-day operation. Many facilities look good on paper but struggle once systems are live. Our approach is grounded in understanding how environmental controls, irrigation systems, and facility layouts perform long after installation.

By working across multiple markets, we’ve developed insight into different operational models, regulatory environments, and facility scales. This allows us to deliver solutions that are efficient, scalable, and built for long-term use.

How We Approach Every Project
  • Hands-on experience in cultivation, hydroponics, and environmental systems
  • Solutions informed by real operational challenges, not assumptions
  • Focus on efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance
